Dunwoody will stand up for Nantwich

Harriet Harman MP, Labour's Deputy Leader and Party Chair, today came to Nantwich to lend her support to Tamsin Dunwoody's campaign to be the next MP for Crewe and Nantwich.

Tamsin and Harriet in Nantwich "Tamsin is a Dunwoody through and through. Like her mum she is a no nonsense, straight talking women who will get things done for Nantwich and Crewe.

She has already produced her action plan whereas the Tory - Tory Boy Edward Timpson - has produced nothing for 12 months but now waffles on since the by-election started. The Conservatives are taking Nantwich for granted.

"As I have been out and about meeting people today I have been hearing from them that they realise they can trust Tamsin to fight for them - she is a Dunwoody after all.

Tamsin Dunwoody said:

"I was pleased Harriet agreed to join me in Nantwich today. I wanted to bring her here to the town centre so she could hear people' s concerns about this area.

"This town has at times been treated by my political opponents as an after thought to Crewe in this by-election campaign, when in fact it is right at the heart of our community.

"Today I have been meeting people from across the town and making them a solemn pledge that, if elected, like my mum I will stand up for Nantwich.
