Hilary Benn's Speech to the Hansard Society

On 11th May 2011 Hilary Benn made a speech to the Hansard Society entitled "Making Parliament Work for People", in which he discussed the outcome of the 6th May AV referendum, the importance of parliamentary reform and Labour's goal of a 100% elected House of Lords.
