John with the Bobbies on the Beat

On Friday 26^th October John took time out from his normal Parliamentary duties to go out on the town centre beat with Worksop Police Constable McNellis. John saw for himself the day to day policing issues that a town centre generates and following this experience he has written to the Chief Constable to recommend that PCSO’s should be given the power to issue parking tickets.
