Bristol Road factory sites re-development

Bristol Road factory sites re-development former factory site

The re-development of the former factory and chemical works sites on Bristol Road has taken a step closer, with the submission of two outline planning applications

Following ongoing discussions and two public consultation events, the applications have been submitted to include the comments and suggestions made by local residents including the need for community facilities and the provision for a primary health care centre.

The date these applications will be considered is provisionally set for November 2007. Ongoing discussions are continuing regarding the planning gain and affordable housing issues.
