Dawn Butler endorses valuable charity group

Dawn Butler, MP for Brent South, met with the Wings of Hope foundation. Wings of Hope is a non-profit organisation created to provide a better life for children around the world and to elevate children from the chains of poverty. To date they have funded the institute of education in Chennai, the orphans house of hope in Malawi and have run many successful youth programs to encourage good citizenship in British children. The group works in the UK to build key skills and rewards innovation in its annual fund raising competition, carried out in 70 schools across the UK.

Dawn was immediately impressed by the groups activities and offered to visit the participants in the House of Lords where they hold their presentation ceremony. She also advised the group on how to increase the scale of their activities. The group thanked Dawn for all of her hard work with the children of Britain through her role of Minister for Youth Engagement, and for her support.
