21st July 2010 The Government’s U turn on care for the elderly has been slammed as ‘cynical’ by Warley MP John Spellar. 10th March 2010 The announcement by the Department of Transport that it is dropping road pricing plans has been welcomed by Warley MP and previous Transport Minister, John Spellar. The Department announced it was moving away from Transport Innovation Funds which required charging schemes from Councils to qualify. Schools Minister, Vernon Coaker MP, announced that he had agreed £566,090 for Bristnall Hall Technology College.
